Condition of Persons with Disabilities in Pakistan is pathetic as there are no proper services and policy makers are non disabled persons who do not understand needs of persons with disabilities.PWDs are not provided with wheelchairs and other assistive devices so they have to remain confined to their homes being dependent on others.
