Milestone’s Employment Program offers assistance and support to individuals with disabilities seeking employment. Employment Consultants provide skills assessment, computer testing, resume preparation, job development, networking opportunities, interviewing skills, on the job training, and career development. Employment services are designed to provide individual attention and support so our participants can be successful in their employment goals.

Employment Services assist participants in locating and maintaining meaningful employment that matches their abilities and interests. Staff members provide skills assessment, computer skills, resume preparation, job development, networking opportunities, and interviewing skills. These services are individualized so participants can be successful in achieving their employment goals.

Volunteer Opportunity Services assist participants in locating and maintaining meaningful volunteer positions that matches their abilities and interests. Staff members provide skills assessment, computer skills, and on the job training to ensure volunteers are successful in their volunteer goals.

Support Employment Services assist participants in locating and maintaining meaningful employment that matches their abilities and interests. Staff members provide skills assessment, resume preparation, job development, networking opportunities, interview skills, and on the job training. These services include a coaching specialist who provides individual attention and support.

Employment Services for the Deaf or Hard Hearing specially assists job seekers who are Deaf or Hard Hearing. The Deaf or Hard of Hearing team has substantial experience and expertise in job placement with Deaf or Hard of Hearing clients. Our services are tailored to meet individual needs with a keen awareness of Deaf or Hard of Hearing. This program as all inclusive and includes sign language interpreting, video remote interpreting and employer training on the use of assistive technology.
